Sri Venkateswara college, New Delhi in the scale of Pay of Rs.16400-450-20900-500-22400 (pre-revised), with usual allowances admissible as per University Grants Commission/University of Delhi norms.

Qualifications:

i) A Master’s degree in a relevant subject with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade of “B” in the seven point scale with letter grade O,A,B,C,D,E &F.
ii) Ph.D. or equivalent degree
iii) Total experience of fifteen years of teaching and / or post-doctoral research in Universities/colleges ands other institutions of higher education.

Note: The minimum requirement of 55% shall not be insisted upon for the post of Principal for existing teachers who asre already in the University system. But in no cse would this be less than 50%. However, these marks should be insisted upon for those entering the system from outside.

General Note:

Relaxation of 5% may be provided from 55% to 50% of the marks at the Maters level for the SC/ST/PH catergory.
